The Investment Specialist Trainee provides essential administrative and transactional support to the Investment Operations team. This role involves assisting with client inquiries, processing account transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities include:

• 25% - Provide basic administrative support to the Investment Operations team
• 25% - Assist with client inquiries and requests.
• 20% - Process routine client account transactions.
• 15% - Assist in the preparation of client reports.
• 15% - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the firm's database and client management system.

Internal Relationships:

This role will partner with the Relationship Management team to ensure smooth client experiences and timely processing of daily tasks.

External and Vendor Relationships:

Will only interact occasionally with external vendors engaged directly with Investment Services business. Pershing & Envestnet
