While reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead , you will be a customer advocate who shows great follow through and can be highly productive in a fast-paced work environment. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will handle any customer questions or concerns regarding order status and other related issues. 
  • You will maintain customer files both physical and in the computer system
  • You will coordinate with production and ensure orders are scheduled and all deliveries are on time
  • You will quote customers pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions.
  • You will prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers.
  • You will be forward facing to walk-in customers and visitors providing additional light receptionist duties as needed.

This position is located in DeKalb, IL Facility

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • We expect you to have a High School diploma or GED
  • You will have well-polished written communications and verbal skills
  • Two years’ experience preferred within an office setting and multi-line phone system
  • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) verbal and written skills are preferred
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Work, Outlook, etc.)
  • Professional dress required for front office environment

Compensation: 

The annual base salary range for this role is from $62,560 to $70,380.00
