Based primarily in Plant City, FL, you’ll contribute to our thermoforming and flexibles packaging operations while immersing yourself in Toppan’s culture of innovation and excellence.

What you'll be doing:  

The ELP is a blend of practical training and leadership development, covering:


 Technical Skills Training: Master safety protocols, quality assurance, production scheduling, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on thermoforming processes and manufacturing excellence


 Leadership Training: Build supervisory skills, performance management, and mentorship capabilities to lead diverse teams.


 Business Insights: Develop accountability, execution, risk management, and budgeting skills to drive operational success.


 Cultural Integration: Embrace Toppan’s values of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability, contributing to our global mission of delivering high-quality packaging solutions.

This position is located in our Plant City, FL Facility and 100% onsite

Who We’re Looking For


We seek passionate, ethical, and innovative individuals through integrity and excellence. Ideal candidates:

  • Hold or will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, Agriculture, or Business in 2025 or 2026
  • Have previous internship experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging (e.g., thermoforming, flexibles).
  • Demonstrate proven leadership experience in academic, professional, or community settings.
  • Show a desire to work in a manufacturing environment, with technical aptitude for processes like thermoforming and equipment compliance (e.g., UL/CE certifications).
  • Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

Compensation:   

The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000.

The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
