What you'll be doing:  

The ELP is a blend of practical training and leadership development, covering:

• Technical Skills Training: Master safety protocols, quality assurance, production scheduling, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on thermoforming processes and manufacturing excellence

• Leadership Training: Build supervisory skills, performance management, and mentorship capabilities to lead diverse teams.

• Business Insights: Develop accountability, execution, risk management, and budgeting skills to drive operational success.

• Cultural Integration: Embrace Toppan’s values of collaboration, innovation, and sustainability, contributing to our global mission of delivering high-quality packaging solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek passionate, ethical, and innovative individuals through integrity and excellence. Ideal candidates:

• Hold or will obtain a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, Agriculture, or Business in 2025 or 2026
• Have previous internship experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging (e.g., thermoforming, flexibles).
• Demonstrate proven leadership experience in academic, professional, or community settings.
• Show a desire to work in a manufacturing environment, with technical aptitude for processes like thermoforming and equipment compliance (e.g., UL/CE certifications).
• Possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
