Toppan Packaging Americas has recently established a Project Management Office (PMO) to strengthen project delivery, governance, and cross-functional alignment. As a Project Manager in this PMO, you will play a key role in driving initiatives that support our business growth, technology enablement, and operational excellence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions
Develop and manage project strategies that:
Support current systems and processes
Mitigate risk
Deliver measurable, value-driven improvements
Enable transition to enterprise or standardized solutions when appropriate
Lead large-scale projects from initiation through delivery, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources
This includes projects related to Transition Services Agreement (TSA) separations, requiring strong coordination across IT, business units, and external partners
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities with clear documentation and reporting
Guide the development of project deliverables such as requirements, testing, and training materials
Deliver superior service by identifying, clarifying, and addressing stakeholder needs
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver effective technology and business solutions
Ensure Toppan IT standards, policies, and governance frameworks are applied consistently across projects
