Position Overview:

The Part Time - ACH (Automated Clearing House) Processing Analyst position is an entry-level position that processes various requests involving ACH transactions.  They will learn how to navigate within our ACH processing software, PEP+ to assist branch, Member Services Support, and operations employees, along with members, and outside originators with ACH processing and research. They will collaborate with other departments and branches/Member Services Support in processing ACH returns and balancing the ACH system and associated General Ledger accounts.    

Responsibilities:

Logging all incoming return requests by members daily.

These requests must follow NACHA and REG Guidelines.

This requires at least 4 hours of heavy keyboard work.

Requirements:

Must have basic computer skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.

Excellent analytical and research skills.

Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to cooperate and collaborate with coworkers and various levels of leadership and be cordial and professional in all interactions with members and coworkers in both on-site and remote work settings.

Special Position Requirements:

Must be able to comprehend and carry out verbal and written instructions. 

Job requires a substantial amount of sitting. 

Use hands and fingers to press keys on a computer keyboard to enter or retrieve information.
