Position Overview:

As member of the Talent Acquisition function, the Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to assigned business units, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent. This role leverages a mix of direct sourcing and external agency partnership to meet hiring demands. This role will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • 60% - Manage end-to-end recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates across assigned business units. Leverage a mix of direct sourcing and external staffing agencies and managing vendor relationships.
  • 20% - Provide guidance and support to junior level staff within Talent Acquisition team aligning Talent Acquisition with organizational goals and ensuring consistency across the team.
  • 10% - Lead projects assigned related to recruitment process optimization, automation, and innovation. This includes but is not limited to partnering with technology teams and third-party vendors to optimize recruitment systems and tools, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • 10% - Track recruiting metrics, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations

Preferred Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Experience partnering with external staffing agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or support junior team members
  • Other training, certification, and education as requested

Job Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Hybrid – Required to report to the office a minimum of 1 day per week
