The Bloom Energy Finance team is seeking a highly motivated, independent, Senior Finance Manager with a positive attitude to join its Finance team. This position will report directly to the Senior Director, Services and Installation Finance, and will have full finance ownership of critical Bloom Segment. Role will require operational focus and ability to connect dots across operations, manufacturing, contract terms and installations. Influencing skills and ability to drive organizational change will be critical to success.
Roles and Responsibilities
As the principal business partner for Bloom's $9 billion backlog services segment, you will have a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies. Your responsibilities
- Implement process improvements to streamline forecast activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Build strong business partnerships utilizing strong ability to influence within the organization.
- Lead system enhancements and costing methodologies to assist in better decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis on strategic initiatives identified by senior management.
- Assist in compliance with internal controls.
