SUMMARY:   The Broiler Catch Crew – Scale team member performs duties to weigh and record broiler flocks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow Animal Welfare & Biosecurity programs.
• Assist with weighing trucks in and out of live haul scales.
• Data entry and answering phones
• Log weights and other metrics in Excel or Word as needed.
• Other clerical duties as requested by manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • Reliable transportation
• Preferred
  • Previous agricultural or poultry production experience
  • Bi-lingual
