SUMMARY:   The purpose of the Packer less than 10 lbs. role is to pack finished products to ship to customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Pack finished product into boxes to the correct weight.
• Finished product is placed either by hand or with the used of automatic scales which is weighted and dumped into bags.
• Finished products weighs less than 10 lbs.
• All finished products may require stacking boxes on pallets or transferred by conveyor belt to stacking area.
• Employee is also responsible for using proper technique and any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required
  • None

• Preferred
  • Previous food processing experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
