Join Our Team as a Circulating RN at Emplify Health – Outpatient Surgery Center!

Are you ready to make a difference in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Circulating Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Surgery Center team. This is your opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative setting where every role is valued.

What You’ll Do

• FTE: 0.5

• Schedule: 40 hours every two weeks

• Shifts: Weekday 8-hour day shifts (6:15 AM – 2:45 PM)

• On-Call: Post-shift call approximately once a week or every other week; Saturday morning call about once every 10–12 weeks

• Holiday call shift approximately once a year

• Care for patients across all ages—from pediatrics to geriatrics

• Circulate for a wide range of surgical specialties, including: 

• Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Hand, Urology, Podiatry, GYN, Dental, Pain Services, Cardioversions, Lumbar Punctures, and Bone Marrow Biopsies

• Oversee the operating room suite and maintain accurate documentation during surgical cases

What You’ll Need

• RN license in Wisconsin

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing

• BLS certification for healthcare providers

• At least 1 year of RN experience or other operating room experience

• Operating Room experience preferred; scrub experience a plus!
