What’s Available:
1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Shift: Monday–Friday, Day shifts
Location: La Crosse
Hybrid eligible after training
No weekends or holidays
What you will do:
Coordinate staffing coverage across assigned units by aligning personnel availability, skill mix, and established guidelines to support safe, high‑quality patient care.
Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing patterns, manage employee requests (PTO, education, meetings), and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental standards.
Serve as a resource and educator for timecard system
Support the Staffing Office as needed by coordinating daily staffing assignments, updating timecard system with real‑time adjustments, and collaborating with system‑wide leadership to meet immediate staffing needs.
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalency
2 years of experience in an administrative environment
experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired
Experience with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems preferred
Excel experience, problem solving skills, and organization is a plus!
