What’s Available:

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Shift: Monday–Friday, Day shifts

• Location: La Crosse

• Hybrid eligible after training

• No weekends or holidays

What you will do:

• Coordinate staffing coverage across assigned units by aligning personnel availability, skill mix, and established guidelines to support safe, high‑quality patient care.

• Partner with clinical leadership to plan future staffing patterns, manage employee requests (PTO, education, meetings), and ensure schedules remain within budget and departmental standards.

• Serve as a resource and educator for timecard system

• Support the Staffing Office as needed by coordinating daily staffing assignments, updating timecard system with real‑time adjustments, and collaborating with system‑wide leadership to meet immediate staffing needs.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• 2 years of experience in an administrative environment

• experience in a medical environment with personnel scheduling experience desired

• Experience with UKG scheduling and timekeeping systems preferred

• Excel experience, problem solving skills, and organization is a plus!
