40Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Invasive Cardiac Technologist to join our team! If you enjoy supporting a fast‑paced Cath Lab environment, providing leadership, and helping drive high‑quality patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: La Crosse
Hours: Full‑time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Shifts: Between 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Starting Pay: $36.18/hour + more with experience
Department: Cath Lab and EP
Oversee daily workflow and patient flow in the Cath Lab, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Serve as a resource and first point of problem‑solving for staff, collaborating with leadership to support departmental needs.
Provide training, guidance, and ongoing education for new and existing Invasive Cardiac Technologists.
Support quality improvement, equipment oversight, scheduling coordination, and the development of protocols.
Deliver high‑quality patient care while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Coordinating assignments and schedules for staff

Completion of a post‑high‑school health science program in cardiovascular technology, ultrasound, radiologic technology, exercise physiology, or a similar field
3–4 years of Cath Lab experience
License appropriate to your education and experience
Current Infant–Adult BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
ACLS within 3 months of hire
Preferred: Prior leadership experience and credentials such as ARRT, CST, RCIS, or RCES
