• Provide exceptional customer service and support patient scheduling and registration

Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Patient Liaison at our Hillsboro Clinic, where you will be the welcoming face and voice for patients and families. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication, accurate patient registration, and excellent customer service. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering compassionate care and supporting the health and wellbeing of our rural community.

• Represent Gundersen Health System’s high standards for customer service in all patient interactions
• Schedule appointments, admissions, surgeries, tests, and procedures with effective communication
• Register patients accurately, verify and update demographics, insurance, and benefit information
• Assist with financial processes including payment collection and financial assistance resources
• Obtain necessary signatures on forms related to registration, billing, and patient care
• Utilize electronic health records to assist with patient care coordination

• No specific education or work experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn clinical workstation systems
• Commitment to regular and predictable attendance
