Join Emplify Health by Gundersen in Hillsboro as a Casual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you will play a vital role in supporting patient care through basic nursing assistance. This flexible, on-call position allows you to contribute your skills in a collaborative and mission-driven health system. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering compassionate care and ensuring patient safety in a welcoming rural community.

• Assist with basic care for patients including nutrition, elimination, comfort, mobility, and safety
• Transport and transfer patients using appropriate equipment and safety precautions
• Assist nursing staff with lifting and ambulating patients following practice guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to communicate and document accurate information
• Demonstrate dependability, organizational skills, and effective time management
• Attend CNA and unit staff meetings
• Personally interact, engage with, and care for patients ensuring their safety

• Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required)
• Commitment to regular and predictable attendance when scheduled
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Competitive starting pay of $17.95 per hour plus 20% pay differential in lieu of benefits
