40Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Supervisor, GI Lab
As THe Supervisor, GI Lab, you’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab.
What you will do:
Work a 1.0 FTE salaried position
Collaborate with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision, objectives, and strategies consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and goals
Provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time
Support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards
Provide follow-up on quality and safety events
Lead approximately 42 direct reports (RNs) and manage performance
Support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab

What you will need:
RN licensure to work in Wisconsin
Relevant clinical experience in GI, procedural, or acute care nursing preferred
Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers
Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care
