What You’ll Do:

✅ Implement and modify physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
✅ Use aquatic therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination.
✅ Guide patients through personalized rehab programs that help restore function and enhance quality of life.
✅ Educate and empower patients and families with knowledge and resources for ongoing recovery.
✅ Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care.
✅ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

What You Bring:

🔹 Active PTA license in Georgia.
🔹 Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required.
🔹 Experience in aquatic therapy and orthopedics preferred (but we’ll train the right candidate!).
🔹 A positive, patient-first attitude and strong teamwork skills.
🔹 Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
🔹 Basic computer skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
