Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll serve as a strategic business partner to hiring leaders, designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver key hiring metrics, and build strong relationships across service lines.
Core Responsibilities
Build proactive pipelines and manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialty roles.
Partner with sourcing teams to develop cost-effective, innovative strategies.
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and consult with hiring leaders on selection.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, succession, and talent forecasting.
Leverage data and technology to drive continuous improvement and hiring outcomes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 2 years plus experience recruiting top talent for best-in-class organizations, agencies or related experience. Required or
5 years of experience in related field in absence of a degree Required and
Healthcare industry experience Preferred and
Knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws/regulations/legislation, affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting. Required and demonstrated experience with full-scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills. Required and
Knowledge, experience and training in utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection or related experience, and job offer negotiation skills. Required and
Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and candidate relationships. Required
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
