Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll serve as a strategic business partner to hiring leaders, designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, deliver key hiring metrics, and build strong relationships across service lines.
Core Responsibilities
  • Build proactive pipelines and manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialty roles.
  • Partner with sourcing teams to develop cost-effective, innovative strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences and consult with hiring leaders on selection.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, succession, and talent forecasting.
  • Leverage data and technology to drive continuous improvement and hiring outcomes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
Required Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years plus experience recruiting top talent for best-in-class organizations, agencies or related experience. Required or
  • 5 years of experience in related field in absence of a degree Required and
    Healthcare industry experience Preferred and
  • Knowledge and application of Federal and State employment laws/regulations/legislation, affirmative action documentation and applicable data reporting. Required and demonstrated experience with full-scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills. Required and
  • Knowledge, experience and training in utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection or related experience, and job offer negotiation skills. Required and
  • Experience with applicant tracking, CRM, HRIS, and/or customer tracking databases to manage data and candidate relationships. Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.
  • PHR - Prof in Human Resources-Preferred or SPHR - Sr Prof in Human Resources-Preferred or SHRM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional-Preferred or SHRM-SCP - SHRM Sr Certified Professional-Preferred
