Required Degree: Master's Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering or related field
The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience: 20 Years of experience in Construction Management at various levels, including executive experience
Duties/Expectations:
This is a 1 credit, in-person, once weekly course. It's lecture style with Q&A for late-stage undergraduate students (Juniors and Seniors) with long-term goals in entrepreneurship, innovation, and executive-level management and leadership.
Duties include:
Course Description: A seminar-style course for construction management students with long-term ambitions in entrepreneurship, innovation, or executive leadership. Through guest speakers, case discussions, and hands-on workshops, students will explore essential topics such as gaining capital, strategic marketing, negotiation, communication, and professional networking. The course also highlights resources for innovators and founders, including startup funding, prototyping, and venture mentorship programs. Students will leave with greater clarity, confidence, and connections to pursue impactful leadership beyond traditional career paths.
