Director of Phase 2 Curriculum - BYU School of Medicine
Job Summary:
The Director of Phase 2 Curriculum is a core academic leader responsible for the successful delivery and oversight of the clerkship phase of the BYU School of Medicine curriculum. This phase includes core clinical experiences in internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, family medicine, psychiatry, neurology, and obstetrics and gynecology. The Director of Phase 2 Curriculum collaborates closely with clerkship directors, hospital partners, and academic leaders to ensure high-quality clinical learning experiences that are mission-aligned, spiritually grounded, and fully compliant with LCME standards. This position supports the development of students’ professional identity, clinical reasoning, and compassionate patient care, rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ. Depending on the applicants' clinical responsibilities, this position could be considered part-time.

Required Degree:
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree, with board certification.
