Job Description
Student Success Coach
Under the supervision of the Student Success Manager, the Student Success Coach ensures the effective and efficient operation of Student Success Center programs. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising student employees (peer educators, mentors, and supervisors); collaborating with CE product managers and instructors; assisting with program assessment; and serving as a departmental liaison. The coach supports students in CE academic programs by promoting academic progress and course completion through coaching, goal setting, time management, and encouraging help-seeking behavior. The coach may also teach high school and university success courses and conduct workshops or seminars as needed.

Pay Grade: 51
Typical Starting Pay: $59,000 - $75,500
