Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join the dynamic team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. SMJH is a 176-bed hospital in beautiful, Charlottesville, Virgina!
Position Highlights:
• Care Team Model w/70% of time in own cases.
• Call 1:14 w/post-call day off.
• Shift-based compensation model with an expected annual compensation of $489,000 or more, offering flexibility and competitive pay.
• Quality Bonus -$15,000
• Up to $75k sign-on/commencement bonus
10 weeks PTO
• Annual CME Allowance - $7500.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, short term/long term disability, life insurance, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
• Up to 4 weeks paid parental leave!
