Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift
Position Location: Hybrid.
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Expectations for this Role:
Manager Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition Manager oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing Talent Acquisition staff and system-wide Talent Acquisition initiatives. Responsible for all full-time, part time, flexipool and temporary hiring. The Manager will lead the operational framework for system Talent Acquisition strategy, providing strategic programs and policies to drive contemporary Talent Acquisition practices. This position serves as an influential advisor who understands evolving business contexts, stakeholder expectations, and translates them into innovative recruitment strategies/processes. Talent Manager will influence outcomes and communicate closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Consultants, & Specialists by sharing best practices and using a customer-focused approach to understanding needs of hiring leaders. They will oversee the effective attraction, screening, selection, and development of a high performing, diverse, and sustainable talent pipeline to drive business results in alignment with organizational and functional HR strategies. Effectively maintain confidentiality and operate with efficiency/integrity within a rapidly changing environment. Drive organizational dedication, accountability and deliver operational excellence.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
We provide competitive market compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is $79,497.60-$132,496.00. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
