High Work Specialist (part-time, 17.5 hours/week)

The High Work Specialist is hardworking and dependable. The job involves cleaning high exterior windows and working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do in this position:

• Clean exterior windows on campus buildings
• Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and suspended scaffolding
• Follow safety procedures and campus guidelines
• Keep equipment and job sites clean and organized
• Work efficiently with a team

What qualifies you for this role:

Required

• A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
• Reliable and punctual for early morning shifts
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions, including heat and changing weather
• Willingness to learn lift and scaffold operation (we provide training)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Preferred

Experience in cleaning, construction, or outdoor labor

Pay Grade: 44

Typical Starting Pay: $14.50 to $17.25 an hour
