The Assistant Teacher Is knowledgeable of developmental early childhood methods and is responsible for assisting the teacher in the care and learning of children and developing lesson plans while following the curriculum. Education
High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
College level course work in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, psychology, or completion of Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
Driver's License - Certification - Other/National
Food Handlers Card - Certification - Food Service Certification w/in 90 days of hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI w/in 30 days of hire
