Sentara is currently hiring an RN Unit Coordinator to work at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital located in Virginia Beach on the Cardiac Medicine Unit.
Hours/Shift:
Full-time, dayshift. Approximately 7am to 7pm
Department/Position Overview:
Join our upbeat and fun team on the 4D Unit! Our primary patient population is cardiac patients with a few medicine patients. We look forward to hiring a candidate that is looking for a work family and dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
RN Unit Coordinators demonstrate proficiency in nursing practice for assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promotes excellent (Gold Standard) customer service.
