The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class processes aligned with the strategic goals of the company to focus on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent with speed and accuracy. This role provides an exceptional candidate experience and the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership. The Talent Acquisition Specialist effectively utilizes all available tools and resources to help maintain optimum staffing levels while prioritizing critical job openings and high turnover departments/locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist consistently sources high-quality candidates, provides realistic job previews, and exhibits the company's core values in every candidate interaction.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Utilize best-in-class processes to source, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive impression of the company and fostering long-term relationships with potential talent.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to the company's leadership, addressing staffing needs promptly and effectively to meet organizational objectives.
  • Effectively utilize all available tools and resources to support the recruitment process, including recruitment platforms, sourcing channels, and other resources to attract and engage top talent.
  • Work to prioritize critical job openings and high turnover departments/locations, ensuring that staffing needs are met in a timely manner to support business operations.
  • Consistently source high-quality candidates who align with the company's culture, values, and job requirements, providing realistic job previews to ensure candidate fit and satisfaction.
  • Exhibit the company's core values in every candidate interaction, representing the organization positively and maintaining a strong employer brand in the marketplace.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.
Non-Essential Responsibilities
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition meetings, initiatives or projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support broader Talent Acquisition objectives.
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company.
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Professional Experience
  • 2+ Years Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or related experience required And
  • 1+ Years functional experience in ATS systems (Workday preferred) preferred
