Job Details:

The (HYBRID) Treasury Analyst I will have primary ownership of company‑wide vendor setup and maintenance, while supporting cash, payment, and store‑banking analytics, liquidity reporting, Treasury projects, and cross‑functional data integrity initiatives. NOTE: This hybrid role will report to the BedQuarters location in Houston, TX 2 days each week and may work remotely the remainder of the week.  

 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary owner of company‑wide vendor setup and maintenance, including all new vendor creations and modifications, with full responsibility for validating banking and profile changes through independent research and verbal verification, ensuring data integrity in D365, enforcing Treasury and AP controls, and protecting the company against fraud, payment errors, and unauthorized changes. 

  • Support daily and periodic cash and payment analytics by compiling bank balances, disbursement activity, and vendor payment data. 

  • Assist with cash positioning and liquidity reporting. 

  • Perform analytical reviews related to store banking, deposit activity, and cash management efficiency. 

  • Support Treasury‑led projects, including system enhancements, control improvements, and process optimization initiatives. 

  • Prepare recurring Treasury and vendor‑related reports, as well as ad‑hoc analysis. 

  • Maintain Treasury and vendor documentation, including procedures, control narratives, and audit support materials. 

  • Partner with Accounts Payable, Field Operations, and Accounting to resolve data discrepancies and improve upstream data quality. 

  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. 

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed for a safe work environment for all. 

  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. 

  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. 

  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and Company operations. 

 

Non-Essential Responsibilities 

  • Execute Company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor. 

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 

  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company. 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance or Treasury and/or equivalent experience required 

 

Professional Experience 

  • 2+ Years Treasury/Finance/Banking experience required 

 

Competencies & Knowledge 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel 

  • Basic understanding of financial and operational controls 

  • Microsoft D365

Compensation:

Competitive salary range of $58,000 - $62,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
