This position acts as the college-wide educational testing services expert, providing daily oversight for the Testing Center, ensuring the availability and accessibility of the center’s services, and assisting in meeting the college’s enrollment and revenue goals. This position is committed to administering a high level of educational testing standards, coordinating policies, and proctoring services that promote student success within education and the community. This includes serving students by explaining placement, collaborating internally and externally on implementation of services, and using strong technology skills to achieve collegewide goals.
Salary Range:
$23.98 - $34.69 hourly
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree or two years of experience working in higher education
Strong oral and written communications
Experience working with a diverse student population on a college campus
Experience with students of various levels of English language proficiency
Comprehensive computer software skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, querying and analyzing data, and creating reports for varying audiences
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree
Strong ability to interpret assessment test results and communicate course placement
Previous experience in career, academic or student support roles
Familiarity with CRM system
Experience using ISRS, ImageNow, Scheduling Platforms, Accuplacer
Experience using various tools to create data queries
