We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
