Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Multiple Openings (Bunch, Twist, Jacket)

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're currently hiring for multiple Machine Operator positions across various departments including Bunch Operator, Twist Operator, and Jacket Operator.

This is a general job posting to attract skilled operators. During the interview process, we’ll walk candidates through each of our open roles and match them with the position that best fits their skills and experience.

What You'll Do:

As a Machine Operator, your role will include tasks such as:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure consistent and high-quality output
• Reading and interpreting job specifications and work instructions
• Performing in-process quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues and escalating larger problems as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Following all established safety procedures and protocols at all times

Depending on the department, your responsibilities may also include:

• Running bunching or twisting machinery for wire/cable production
• Applying protective jacketing to products
• Conducting setups and changeovers for different product runs

What We're Looking For:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions, including technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasks
• A strong safety mindset and the ability to work in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
