The Opportunity
Marmon/Keystone is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Salt Lake City team and own a growing, multi-million-dollar region spanning Utah and surrounding states.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect with purpose: Identify and convert new leads through outbound calls, digital tools, and market research.
- Expand market share: Grow revenue within existing accounts by cross-selling and introducing value-added solutions.
- Close deals: Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategy, and deliver profitable outcomes that meet both customer and company objectives.
- Execute flawlessly: Deliver accurate quotes, follow up with urgency, and ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Collaborate to win: Work closely with outside sales, supply chain, and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Analyze trends: Track competitor activity, customer buying patterns, and market shifts to drive proactive decision-making.
- Own your territory: Build a strong pipeline, measure your success through KPIs, and continuously improve your sales approach.

What You Bring
- 2–4 years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in metals, manufacturing, or industrial distribution.
- Proven success hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- A self-starter mentality with a hunter’s mindset and a customer-first approach.
