Manage all customer service personnel focused on customer satisfaction, customer deliverables, account activity, and internal account management. Seeing everything through the eyes of the Customer is the key function of this position.

Essential job functions:

  • Manage Customer Service Reps. and related Processes (Order entry, Production Forecasting, Prism Order Policy Etc.)
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing (Scheduling), Purchasing (Raw Material) on production planning that balances Customer needs with operational efficiency and working capital targets.
  • Support Customer Service Reps in managing requests for order increases and decreases, minimizing chaos in scheduling and purchasing and ensuring on-time deliveries remain consistent.
  • Manage CRM module within IQMS
  • Manage process for tracking Customer Requests with due dates and responsible person identified.
  • Support Customer Deliverables as needed. Create estimates, requotes below MOQ, or service parts production runs. 
  • Ensure Customer Portals are monitored and managed effectively.
  • Escalate Customer Service issues to appropriate Prism team members as needed.
