JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant     

HOURS/ WEEK: 20 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

SHIFT: 1st

A successful Administrative Assistant will have knowledge in or be able to achieve the Job Qualifications below.

 Education/Experience

• High School Diploma (minimum)

Essential Functions, Knowledge and Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Good interpersonal skills

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite products and computer skills - required

Responsibility/Authority

• Maintaining office supplies

• Reception duties at front door and with phones

• Sorting and distributing mail

• Support in AR Collections and processing information to Accounting

• Assist the Accounting department in cycle counts

• Assist with administrative/plant projects as needed

• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
