Major Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in education, public affairs, social services, or related field
Experience working in higher education and high school-age youth
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
Good public relations skills and self-motivation required
Must possess required knowledge and skills of computers and related software applications for program planning and implementation, including record keeping
Must have reliable internet access for mobile office or work at home environment
Must be able to review and interpret college readiness assessment results
Must be able to travel throughout Northeast Indiana, mobile office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in student personnel, counseling, or closely related field; demonstrated leadership; experience in managing multiple projects; excellent interpersonal skills including working successfully with diverse populations.
Other Requirements:

Special Instructions to Applicants:
This position will be based out of the Ivy Tech Community College in Fort Wayne and will require travel when necessary, within the Dual Credit College Advisor’s assigned counties and schools. The direct supervisor for this position will be based out of the Fort Wayne Campus.
