Key responsibilities:
- Transport Monitoring – Using TMS, SAP, and transport reports to track shipments proactively and take action to ensure proper load coverage and on‑time delivery.
- Delivery Coordination – Collaborating with third‑party partners and customers to provide accurate delivery updates and support a reliable OTD performance.
- Shipment Scheduling – Sharing timely loading dates and shipment information with customers to maintain transparency and service quality.
- Business Case Analysis – Evaluating logistical scenarios to support strategic decisions related to loads, cross‑docking flows, and equipment utilization.
- Issue Management – Handling delivery exceptions, delays, and transportation‑related complaints while working closely with Customer Operations, Transportation, Sourcing, Warehousing, Sales, and Service Centers.
- Reporting & Data Accuracy – Managing regular and ad hoc reporting needs and ensuring accurate maintenance of delivery, ETA, OTD, and OTIF data.
- QBR Support – Preparing and providing delivery and CPU‑related insights for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Exception Handling – Documenting service deviations, managing critical cases, and coordinating responses to urgent transportation situations.
We expect:
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills – Strong Excel capabilities and solid computer literacy across the Microsoft Office Suite; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Logistics Expertise – Several years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Transportation, combined with practical understanding of inventory planning.
- Customer Focus – Proven background in customer service with strong service orientation and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder needs.
- Process Development Skills – Experience contributing to or designing processes that enhance efficiency and overall operational performance.
- Communication Strengths – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical Mindset – Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, paired with the ability to work independently and prioritize in a time‑sensitive environment.
- Language Skills – Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus
