This position involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting/repair of SEW-EURODRIVE mechanical equipment which may include frequent travel to customer sites.
Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Top 5 actual task:
Receive and execute customer requests for mechanical field service primarily in the Southeastern US, but other locations in the US sales territory as well.
Generate field service reports and order documentation for associated field service trips.
Assist customers with general technical inquiries.
Evaluate electromechanical products returned for warranty analysis, document inspections/complaints, generate reports, and administer warranty decisions in accordance with SEW-EURODRIVE established procedures.
Assess each situation and do not perform any tasks which s/he feels is unsafe, on which s/he has not received training, or engage in any unsafe work practices. Report any unsafe condition to his/her manager.
A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
