The Senior Manager, Lease Administration is responsible for all lease administration responsibilities and real estate systems associated with Corporate Real Estate. The Senior Manager also assists the Director of Real Estate in the on-going management of the real estate portfolio which includes critical date management and budget tracking. Other key responsibilities include:
Role Responsibilities
Lease agreement management including oversight of lease abstraction services, managing critical dates, and managing lease renewals/terminations.
Maintaining accurate lease records in Lease Management platform
Financial Management including tracking and processing rent payments, security deposits, sublease billing generation and cost accounting.
Monitoring and tracking critical dates such as notice periods, lease options and other lease requirements.
Financial modeling of lease commitments
Acting as liaison between subtenants, property managers and other relevant parties
Forecasting headcount data utilizing multiple data sources for use in location strategy discussions
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in lease administration or related corporate real estate field.
Proficiency in CoStar/Yardi Corom or other leasing database
Proficiency modeling and forecasting headcount data utilizing advance Excel skills
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and research skills required
Ability to understand abstracts and communicate lease clauses and key dates
Demonstrated ability to work independently and excellent attention to detail

Salary
The base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
