In this position you will participate in the development and validation of tools, flows, and collaterals related to standard cell library reliability - electromigration, thermal effects and voltage drop. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Workflow optimization
Vendor engagement for tool requirements and development
Foundry engagement for tool requirements
Customer facing documentation
Developer facing documentation
Collateral generation
Collateral validation across multiple usage scenarios
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 3+ years of professional work experience or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 2+ years professional work experience.
The candidate must possess an understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnect.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to tailor the communication based on the audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Unix proficiency and basic software skills using command line languages (csh, bash, perl, python) are highly valued.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $122,440.00-232,190.00 USD

Work Model for this Role
