New Charter Technologies is seeking a Client Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Client Advisory Programs — high-level councils, cohorts, and focus groups that give our clients a voice in shaping the future of IT services. You’ll manage logistics, communications, and program operations to ensure every client interaction is impactful, seamless, and aligned with our business goals.

As the Client Engagement Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Sr. Director of Client Engagement and executive leaders across the platform. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with executive-level programs, strengthen client relationships, and help transform feedback into actionable strategies that fuel growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate client advisory meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Support pre- and post-meeting communications to ensure clarity, accountability, and strong client engagement.
  • Track participation, insights, and outcomes to help drive measurable impact across our programs.
  • Assist with broader client engagement initiatives that reinforce New Charter’s Client Engagement Framework.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, client engagement, or event/project support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Technology Services industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create program materials, reports, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for storing, organizing, and sharing Client Advisory resources across New Charter.
  • Leverage MS Copilot and Enterprise ChatGPT to draft communications, create summaries, generate client insights, and support ongoing program improvements.
  • Salary expected to start at $50,000 a year and up dependent on experience
  • Remote in EST time zone is preferred; Tampa Bay area in Florida is a plus but not required.
