Overview:
You lead the team and practice area in a new, innovative service offering for clients. Unlocking the value of AI may be the single biggest change management challenge our clients face in this decade. For some, their survival depends on how they do it. For most, they have very little idea of where to even begin.
To meet this need, we have developed a framework and service to manage AI Enablement that can be applied to many organizations. It is a universal service that is delivered in a tailored way for each client – leading strategy conversations, change management, opportunity evaluation, training, and cultural shifts for the client to enable AI and automation.
Your role is to lead the team, work with the Innovation Center to develop process, and initially, be the primary service delivery person at early clients. You will work with the CINO to develop and document IP, refine initial processes, build training programs, hire the team, and manage them.
Long-term, you will be responsible for the revenue generation, performance of the business unit, the team, and the evolution of the service area.
And of course, directly you work with AI. You’re expected to use AI extensively in the job itself and to become masterful at co-intelligence, if you aren’t already.
You, the team, and the program (with the support of the Innovation Center) combine to deliver powerful change activation within our clients, leading them to success in this new era of powerful AI and prevalent automation.

- Drive of a builder. Unable to do something in a shoddy way, driven to document, improve processes, and build something scalable.
- Complex thinker/intelligence. Facility with complex concepts, intellectual work, and multi-layered strategy.
- Consulting skills. You have the ability to lead challenging meetings, navigate complex situations, and find unusual value.
Expected compensation to begin at $165,000+ dependent on experience and growth aligned incentives plan.
