Your Job: The Director of Operating Room is responsible for Planning, organizing, directing and improving services in the Operating Room Service Department. Accountable for intra-departmental and interdepartmental project management as well as identifying and implementing value improvement initiatives. Your Job Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program • BSN degree required • 5 OR MORE YEARS in Operating Room Services • CPR required Your Job Responsibilities: •   Communicate clearly and openly •   Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment •   Be accountable for your performance •   Always look for ways to improve the patient experience •   Take initiative for your professional growth        

Methodist Southlake Medical Center is a 54-bed, acute care hospital serving Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, and northeastern Tarrant County in North Texas.
