Working Title: Link Center Student Office Manager
Business Title: Student Supervisor, Level III
Office Location: Swenson Hall, Suite 1061
Reports to: Outreach Program Manager
Position Summary:
The Link Center serves as the central access point at the University of Wisconsin-Superior for career services, academic service-learning, internships, undergraduate research, voter engagement, strategic partnerships, employer relations, and regional outreach.
This position will work collaboratively with Link Center staff by providing program support, event coordination, and excellent customer service to fellow students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
This position will lead office student employees with administrative-related tasks and aid with Link Center events. Located at the front desk of the office suite, the Link Center Student Manager will support professional staff and field office inquiries of fellow students, faculty, staff, and community members.
Number of open positions: 1-2 (work study preferred)
Rate of pay: $14.00/hour
Hours per week: A minimum of 10 hours/week

Employment will require a criminal background check, and if you have prior work history within the last seven years with Universities of Wisconsin or State of Wisconsin agencies, a personnel file review check for employee misconduct. It will also require your references to answer questions regarding employee misconduct, sexual violence and sexual harassment. The University reserves the right to check references with notice given to the candidates at the appropriate time in the process.
