Position facilitates day-to-day operation of a medical device testing laboratory
(BP monitors, TENS units, and nebulizers) responding to consumer complaints. There is no direct interaction with customers. Duties include transporting packages from receiving, entering packages into a database, occasional device testing, shipping, and fulfillment reporting. Position may include limited verification work.

Content Knowledge/Experience: Ability to use software to control and generate reports from scientific instrumentation.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow test protocols and document results with quantitative accuracy.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate technical information clearly.
Physical: Must be able lift 20 pounds; must have manual dexterity for device testing.
Ideal candidates will have an AA/AS degree or better or equivalent
work experience.
