The Medical Program Assistant provides the sole administrative support in the daily operations of Student Health Service. This position has primary responsibilities for the financial and business office processes of the department including the budget process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, medical service coding and billing services. The assistant is responsible for the reception, business office, and human resource related functions. This position completes administration tasks in the electronic medical records/practice management program used in the clinic. Knowledge of overall clinic operations and policies and procedures is essential to coordinate these functions.

$24.26-$27.50 hourly, based on qualifications and experience
