What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and quality standards
• Support training and development of team members to build operational capability
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve workflow
• Promote and enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

• $37.32 to $37.32 per hour
