What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of production crews to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance and quality standards
- Support training and development of team members to build operational capability
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve workflow
- Promote and enforce safety protocols and company policies consistently

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
- $37.32 to $37.32 per hour
