Job Description
Duties:
● Data entry: Alumni Database, address updates, coding projects
● Outbound Calling: Call alumni and friends to invite them to events and ask for philanthropic support for UWSP.
● Mail preparation: Assist in creating alumni mailers, event invites, table displays
● General office duties – greeting guests, answering phones, filing
Qualifications:
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel – database entry, word processing, accuracy
● Knowledge of Windows and Outlook
● Experience with a CRM desirable, but not required
● Experience in graphic design desirable, but not required
● Tour guide training desirable, but not required
