As a Bilingual Agent Commissions Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our agent support operations, ensuring timely and accurate commission processing while fostering strong relationships with our field agents and IMO partners.

What you’ll accomplish with us

  • Process daily commission advances using automated systems in line with agent contracts
  • Support agents and internal teams via phone, chat, and email
  • Maintain direct deposit records and bank information for agents
  • Handle exceptions to standard advancing with leadership approval
  • Calculate and adjust commissions for policy replacements
  • Provide first-level escalation support for peers and agents
  • Prepare and manage credit balance checks and special mail handling
  • Balance commission accounts and perform miscellaneous accounting entries
  • Serve as a backup for other team members’ duties

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has advanced knowledge of Spanish
  • Is known for their attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Stands out for their ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving and research capabilities
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Has 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience (life insurance industry preferred)
  • Is eager to grow professionally and adapt to change
  • Has the ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
