We’re Hiring: Civil Technical Project Manager

Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Hybrid/Remote
Salary: $75,000 – $120,000, based on experience

We're looking for a Civil Technical Project Manager to support and lead technical execution on solar and power delivery projects. If you're energized by hands-on problem-solving, want to work alongside the best in the business, and thrive in fast-paced environments—this might be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and support civil design efforts across renewable energy projects

  • Draft and produce construction plans using C3D and EVS standards

  • Coordinate directly with internal teams and clients to move projects forward

  • Perform technical reviews, QA/QC checks, and feasibility assessments

  • Bring innovation and efficiency to every project you touch

  • Contribute to project management and client success

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of civil engineering experience (solar experience strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong attention to detail, technical skill, and quality mindset

  • Proactive communication style and a collaborative attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, fast-moving work environment
