The Re-Enrollment Specialist (Program Specialist) provides a high level of customer service and serves as the point of contact for students seeking readmission to the University. The position works with returning students from application to enrollment in classes. Serves as a liaison between students and academic departments and works closely with the Eagle Achievement Center to ensure that students have the appropriate resources to succeed. Reviews applications, evaluates transcripts and ensures that all required documents are completed. Interprets and applies student record policies and procedures for students, faculty and staff. Develops reenrollment activities to recruit students to return to the University for degree completion. Coordinates special enrollment programs for students taking classes away from the University. Manages general academic records functions related to enrollment and records maintenance.Responsibilities:
