Represents the Document Library across multiple channels by collaborating with Business Units on document creation, updates, and scheduled reviews. Supports projects by determining appropriate actions for member and public communications, ensuring completeness and adherence to the correspondence review process and governance standards. Maintains consistency in reference materials, tracks project schedules, and coordinates workflow responsibilities. This position requires thorough knowledge of Records Information Management (RIM) practices, unit and cross-unit procedures, and the ability to work independently while continuously monitoring and updating communications project reports.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4 :30pm

In this position, you will

  • Develops and administers long-term document storage plans using SharePoint and Synergy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and secure management of both physical and digital records.
  • Ensures consistency in documentation practices aligned with PSECU RIM Governance standards by collaborating with business and technical units, tracking review steps, and resolving feedback with attention to detail.
  • Coordinates scheduled document reviews with Business Units, including workflow creation, stakeholder engagement, and support for eSign/DDD-related records, while maintaining version control and proper labeling.
  • Provides technical writing and editing support for operational, administrative, and procedural documents, including review for clarity, formatting, and adherence to standards.
  • Acts as a liaison between Business Units and departments such as Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and System Admins to support document lifecycle management and improve workflow processes.
  • Conducts research on historical document versions and manages the issuance, distribution, and notification of new or revised documents, while compiling and reporting on document status and ticket metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
